Refund Policy

This store primarily sells digital products. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Products

Because digital files are delivered electronically and may be accessed immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final once the file has been delivered, downloaded or accessed.

However, we may review refund requests in the following situations:

• the file was not delivered
• the file is corrupted or cannot be opened
• the product is materially different from its description
• duplicate payment occurred by mistake

If you experience any of the above, contact [your email] within 7 days of purchase and include your order number and a short explanation.

2. No Refunds for Change of Mind After Access

We do not offer refunds for:

• change of mind after download access
• accidental purchase after file delivery, unless required by applicable law
• inability to use the file due to software, printer, workflow or production limitations not stated by us
• dissatisfaction based solely on expected commercial results

3. Print Outcome Disclaimer

Actual print results may vary depending on:

• garment type
• fabric
• printer
• inks
• transfer method
• production setup
• color calibration

These production differences do not automatically qualify as product defects.

4. Custom Work

Payments for custom work are generally non-refundable once work has started. Deposits, retainers or upfront payments may be non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If a custom project is cancelled before work begins, any refund will be determined case by case.
